We are excited to welcome you to the Halo Nexus event on November 7th at Ülemiste City, Tallinn! For the past three years, Altacom has proudly hosted local MSP and IT community events in Estonia, bringing Managed Service Providers (MSPs) together under one roof. During these events, leading vendors and their engineers have shared their expertise, giving IT professionals invaluable insights into the latest technologies.

This year, we’re taking things to the next level. Building on feedback from previous events, Halo will be our featured vendor, showcasing its standout service platform, which has rapidly become a major success both locally and globally. As the MSP and IT service management landscape evolves, helpdesk services are transforming, and integrations with other IT management platforms are becoming standard practice. We are also excited to continue highlighting our key partner N-able, known not only for its robust RMM solutions but also for Cove Data Protection Cloud Backup, a cloud-first backup solution. Additionally, we’ll introduce Adlumin, an innovative newcomer under the N- able umbrella, bringing fresh ideas to the MSP and IT service management ecosystem, particularly in security operations.

What’s New This Year?

For the first time ever, we will feature three major Halo products – HaloPSA, Halo ITSM, and HaloCRM – in dedicated workshops hosted by Altacom Academy in the morning, alongside Cove Data Protection. In the afternoon, we will hold an engaging panel discussion on ITIL management. These sessions will explore the future of helpdesk services, IT service management, and the rapidly evolving MSP ecosystem.
