MSP Community Day

MSP Community Day returns to Tallinn on October 23. For the fourth year, Altacom is bringing together Estonian MSPs, IT professionals and technology experts for a day of practical sessions, hands-on workshops, discussions and networking.

This year’s focus is AI, cybersecurity, NIS2 and KüTS compliance. We’ll look at how these topics are changing the MSP landscape, what new regulatory requirements mean for service providers, and how technology vendors are responding with new capabilities and solutions.

Expect sessions from N-able, Halo, Bitdefender, 42Gears and KeyTalk, practical workshops, and a legal perspective on the Estonian Cybersecurity Act (KüTS), NIS2 and DORA. The programme also includes product updates, AI use cases, cybersecurity topics, backup and disaster recovery, identity and access management, certificate management, and networking with the MSP community.
