MSP Community Baltics: Practical AI for RMM Automation

This webinar kicks off a new MSP Community Baltics series focused on real-world MSP challenges and practical solutions. Based on feedback from our community, we start with a topic many teams highlighted as both promising and confusing: AI in RMM automation.

Date & Time: February 12th, 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Online event

RMM automation is essential, but it often evolves unevenly. Scripts grow over time, edge cases creep in, and making changes can feel risky. At the same time, AI is showing up everywhere, leaving many teams unsure where it helps and where it simply adds complexity.

In this session, Paul Kelly and Ben Lee, Head Nerds at N-able, take a practical look at how AI can be applied to RMM automation today. We’ll cover why we automate, the common challenges that limit effectiveness, and how AI can support consistency, safety, and decision-making inside RMM workflows. We’ll also briefly touch on Model Context Protocol (MCP) and how it fits in the AI landscape.

The session includes practical examples of how AI tools can be used to build on existing scripts and automation patterns, and how those outputs can be introduced into an RMM environment in a controlled way.
